The hotel is situated near the beautiful Italian lakes, making it a great location for exploring the area. the spacious rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. the friendly staff provide excellent service, making the stay enjoyable. Guests can enjoy watching the horses being exercised during breakfast, adding to the tranquil ambience of the hotel.
The hotel's office location is a bit difficult to find, causing some inconvenience during check-in.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Italian lakes and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a spacious sitting area with a dining table. I was also impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The hotel also provided free toiletries and even had a washing machine for guests' convenience.

We spent Christmas in a cozy accommodation surrounded by nature. The apartment was spacious and clean, offering all the amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that we were allowed to bring our pet with us. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby lakes and mountains.
We were only offered a croissant and coffee, which did not meet our expectations. there was a lack of clear directions for check-in, which caused us some confusion upon arrival.

Although a bit difficult to locate at first, the hotel was situated in a beautiful and peaceful setting, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the fact that they spoke English.
The breakfast selection, as there was not enough gluten-free options, and no protein available either. It was inconvenient to have to shop for our own breakfast and make it in the kitchenette in our room.
